ORS Welcomes Two New Staffers

ORS beefs up company’s operations, research efforts and communications with additional team members

Before the end of 2021, Ohio River South brought on two professionals to build out its team with expertise in operations, research and communications.

Diana Srivilay is the company’s Director of Operations, bringing her experience in goal setting, organizing, and problem-solving to the face-paced inner workings of ORS. With mostly a healthcare and health administration background, she’s volunteered for political campaigns and says she has always had an interest in government affairs.

“The intersection of advocacy and community wellbeing is my passion,” says Diana. “Ohio River South has given me the opportunity to work next to similar, great minds while learning the ropes and further strengthening my organizational and administrative skills.”

Molly McLoughlin has a knack for advocacy using communications tools like social media and digital marketing. As ORS’ Research and Communications Associate, she is building on her experience she earned in college interning for Indiana United Way. Her research experience is the perfect complement to her passion for social impact and skills as an effective communicator. She leverages all three on behalf of ORS and its clients.

“I am proud and grateful to be a part of Ohio River South. Working alongside such a talented and dedicated group of professionals is a privilege,” Molly explains. “With ORS, I have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment, while applying my skills as a strategic communicator and researcher.”

Daraka Satcher is the company’s first COO, having been brought on with its growth trajectory already in clear focus. “We spent most of 2021 building out our service offerings, but also streamlining our growth,” he said. “The addition of Diana and Molly to our team really rounded out the year, positioning the company for more success in 2022.”
