Chuck Meadows is an accomplished executive and public sector leader with a broad range of experience in public policy and senior management. He has held leadership positions in some of Georgia’s most impactful organizations and institutions, including the State Capitol, the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, Atlanta City Hall, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC). He has effectively managed sizable budgets and led large teams, created and implemented strategic plans, and worked on some of Georgia’s biggest challenges.
At the state level, Chuck helped design the OneGeorgia Authority, an engine for economic vitality in rural Georgia, and co-led the effort to create Invest Georgia to grow venture capital for promising companies. Chuck’s work at the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership helped further the development of one of the nation’s largest urban redevelopment projects. He was a lead figure in passing the business community’s legislative agenda as the MAC’s Vice President of Public Policy. He managed economic development engagements for Fortune 500 companies with Ernst & Young, and he has successfully raised private equity for his own entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Chuck led one of Atlanta’s oldest public charter schools through the pandemic while holding academic achievement steady.
A native Atlantan, Chuck is a graduate of Morehouse College and holds a master of public policy degree from Harvard University. He is an alumni of Leadership Atlanta, Leadership Georgia, and the Regional Leadership Institute. He is a former chair of the board of trustees at Truly Living Well, and currently serves on the board of directors for Warrick Dunn Charities.
