ORS Welcomed “A Magnificence of Mayors” for AAMA Conference
The African American Mayors Association (AAMA) celebrated its 10th anniversary in Atlanta – alongside 100+ mayors from Mt. Vernon to Montgomery – with candid conversations and strategy sessions designed to move communities forward.
To mark the occasion, Ohio River South (ORS) welcomed more than 500 VIPs from Georgia and across the country to celebrate ‘A Magnificence of Mayors’ with live music, food, and fellowship in the state’s largest venue – Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The room felt electric, powered by national business and community leaders; and local, state and federal officials. Our co-host Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens spoke to the impact of the occasion, our influence on the national conversation, and the fierce urgency of our shared mission.
Magnificence was made possible by the support of generous sponsors, many of whom we proudly call ORS clients. Special thanks to them and everyone celebrating the tremendous impact of Black mayors leading some of America’s most dynamic cities.
