Scenes from Southern Hospitality at CBC 2024

Ohio River South hosted our third annual Southern Hospitality Brunch to celebrate the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. This was our biggest and best event yet, with more than 600 attendees enjoying fellowship and southern fixings at the Wharf.

It was all made possible by the generous support of the African American Mayors Association, who brought mayors from across the country; as well as Gilead Sciences, a company leading the fight against health disparities. And thanks as always to our returning sponsors Everytown for Gun Safety and Jackmont Hospitality.

This was our first CBC event with perfect weather; the energy was electric, the sun was shining and drinks were pouring. Special thanks to Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser for stopping by to welcome us to the waterfront!
