Atlanta native Amir Farokhi found himself in a five-way race for City Council, District 2, the most densely-populated, rapidly changing and dynamic collection of residents and businesses anywhere in the city. The field of challengers offered every flavor of candidate, running in highly engaged intown neighborhoods of Inman Park, Candler Park, downtown, midtown and more. Ohio River South designed an aggressive campaign plan that focused on smart resource allocation, a robust ground game and digital outreach. A late stage poll confirmed that our focus was working, so we engineered a final effort that resulted in winning 55% in a five-way election and avoiding a runoff, winning Amir attention for his potent political apparatus.
