Bookended by the gold dome of the capitol to the east, and Mercedes Benz Stadium to the west, our stunning event space is on the fourth floor of the Sylvan Building on historic Hotel Row in South Downtown Atlanta.

Welcome to an urban oasis on the top floor of a historic Sylvan Building in South Downtown, the heart of Atlanta’s re-envisioned Hotel Row. Built in 1908, the former Sylvan Hotel was fully restored in 2022, maintaining all of its Southern charm while adding modern amenities.

Our open and flexible floor plan features abundant natural light, exposed brick and original beams throughout, with views of the downtown skyline and nearby attractions. Inside is a sunset lounge, custom built library, oversized boardroom, collaborative, coworking and office space furnished in contemporary style.

Off the elevator or stairs, you’ll notice a Vestaboard smart messaging display, and four 50-inch, flat screen smart TVs. The space is ADA compliant with two gender-neutral restrooms. There are 40 metered street parking spaces available seven days a week (free after 6 pm and on Sundays and holidays). Several parking lots are located nearby (full list provided upon request).

Full Venue: 4,800 sq. ft.
Conference / Boardroom: 460 sq. ft.

The Ohio River South venue space can accommodate approximately 100 guests seated, and 175+ guests with standing room only.

Smoking is prohibited inside of the building; reservations must be sent no later than one week prior to the date of the event.

Tables and additional chairs can be provided at no additional cost.

Guest WiFi is accessible and the password is provided on the day of the event. There will be guest WiFi signs placed throughout the space as well.

All age groups are allowed.

Limited street parking is available seven days a week and is free on Sundays and holidays. There are also several parking lots located nearby (a list can be provided upon request).

Due to limited street parking we encourage our guests to use alternative transportation and share ride services including, MARTA, LYFT, Uber, and sharable dockless mobility devices.

The Ohio River South office is located on the 4th floor of the building. Guests may take the stairs or elevator.

The building lobby door is controlled by a call box. We can unlock the door (upon request) so guests may enter with ease.

Our space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned, and a professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Additionally, bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

We also provide disinfecting wipes, paper towels, and hand sanitizer during your reservation.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their bookings until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking cost.

Guests may cancel their booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Event insurance may be required based on the type and size of your event or production. You may use any carrier of your choice for event insurance. Here is a trusted option recommended by many booking platforms.

Our space can accommodate a variety of events and productions. Including, but not limited to, baby showers, holiday parties, receptions, birthdays, reunions, brunch or dinner parties, fundraisers, off-sites, corporate meetings, photoshoots, and film and TV productions.
