We helped craft a worst-to-first turnaround narrative to accompany a bevy of improvements made by the capital city’s workforce agency. The Washington DC Office of Employment Services (DOES) in the midst of leadership transition and a renewed focus on workforce readiness from the Bowser administration. In addition to promoting wins from a $90 million agency in multiple news outlets such as Route 50, Governing Magazine, and Daily Paper, we worked boots-on-the-ground to increase civic engagement during the turnaround efforts of one of America’s most dynamic workforce agencies.
