The Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) was part of a trio that led a foundation funded effort to promote progressive ideals in Atlanta’s 2017 mayor’s race. Ohio River South signed on to represent PSE in coalition meetings, organizing dozens of community groups to ratify and advocate for a progressive local government agenda. The Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) advances policies and institutional actions that promote racial equity and shared prosperity for all in the growth of metropolitan Atlanta and the American South.
