Advocacy and partnership development for the city’s most exciting and equitable redevelopment project: Fort McPherson. Macauley Investments was chosen in 2017 as the master developer for Ft. Mac, tasked with re-envisioning and redeveloping a decommissioned military base in Southwest Atlanta. Ohio River South works in partnership with McPherson Implementing Local Redevelopment Authority (MILRA) and local and federal policymakers to shepherd this project to fruition.
