Recap: Downtown Atlanta Day at the Capitol

Friday, March 27, we took downtown dynamism straight to the Gold Dome for Downtown Atlanta Day at the Capitol. It was a high-impact morning, packed into 90 minutes of meaningful connection during a fast-paced legislative session.

The event provided a vital platform to interface with key policy leaders and constituents interested to discuss the nascent now and the promising prospects of our city center. We were honored to engage with:

• Rep. Kasey Carter | Chair of the Arts & Entertainment Committee.
• Rep. Phil Olaleye | Our gracious host, representing the heart of Downtown Atlanta.
• Sen. Sonya Halpern | Along with several influential members of the Atlanta delegation and representatives from across the state.

The event also drew in Capitol staffers and visitors, allowing us to share the story of Downtown Atlanta with a broad audience.
